“I am very upset with the poor service of this company. I have called them at least 6 or 8 times and each time their message service says they will call me back; but they don’t. They got me a date I was happy with and I messaged them and told that I liked the date and the place for the test. Band I told them not to book any more tests. I thought I was all set. And then today they booked a new date earlier and at a different place.. it was not what I wanted and can’t make that date. Also, their website is horrible. They mix your booking information with their advertising. Their website is very very confusing. I do not recommend them at all.”

All four test changes were for tests that matched your search preferences. After each test change, we paused your account to avoid any further changes to your test date. On three occasions, you reactivated your account. This resumed your searches, resulting in further changes to your test date.
