Hello Thank you for the feedback. We are continuously looking to reduce our packaging. With your order you did have 3 bottles, so this went in a box that accommodates 4 so there was a little more void filling needed. The air filled wrap is made from recycled plastic and is recyclable again! We make sure our orders are well protected to avoid any disappointment / inconvenience or breakages on their journey. We have looked into a more Eco and 'greener' approach which is all paper / card but it is more expensive, as a customer would you be willing to pay a little more to have an entire plastic free shipment? You had paid for an economy service but we did bump it up onto a Next Working Day service for you free of charge. £4.95 for next day delivery in this instance is very competitive. “I went onto Drinkfinder one night to - obviously - buy some drinks. Within a couple of clicks the website crashed, so I closed the browser and decided that I would try again the next day. The next day, the same thing happened again. I called their number and told them about the issue. They were not aware of it. I then sent them steps to reproduce and a screenshot of the error. This led to them reproducing the issue fixing the problem. They offered to include a little something with my order as a token of appreciation, since who knows how many orders they had lost to a crash that was so easily achieved. I thanked them and placed an order for over £100 of stuff, then emailed them the order number as they had asked me to in order for them to add a gift. My order arrived and contained... exactly what I'd ordered. Nothing more, nothing less. While ordinarily that would be exactly what one would expect, given the circumstances and their specific offer that was made after I'd gone out of my way to help them with a technical issue that affected their sales, I was left feeling a little cheated. When I emailed them to ask about this, they did not respond and I have heard nothing since. --- Update: DrinkFinder got in touch with me this morning and offered a refund of 10% of my purchase as a thanks and as an apology. Apparently the guy who had said he would put something into the box for me went on leave after sending me that email and those who packed the box didn't see his note. Thanks guys.”

Once again Gareth, thank you for letting us know about the website issue that we then resolved. Again sorry that the note I left as I went on leave for the week was missed by the packing team. “The brand was out of stock, but was quickly informed so I chose a similar brand ang got a refund. Fast delivery to sweden within a week. Great service.”

“Got what I wanted, thanks. Using DHL Parcels was a pain, they deliver in the day when i’m at work, don’t deliver at weekends. Using DHL Express would be an improvement as I could have the parcel delivered to a local shop where I could pick it up after work.”

“The gift I Brought arrived and looked fantastic! Packaged very well and very happy with my purchase. The only reason I scored 4/5 and not a 5 is because I had requested a Christmas message on there and although the paperwork stated that and they highlighted it on the paperwork They forgot to put the message in the box so was very disappointing. And after speaking to them was told they could not post this to me( this was on 19th December) Asides this, very good! Would purchase again.”

“Have a good selection of products including the one I purchased so would use again. Although the order arrived after a few days I couldn't findout when it was going to be delivered. I was out when the package arrived so it was left on my door step. There should be an alternative safe place to leave items on the despatch note (like Amazon) when no one is at home.”
