“Shop at Drink Finder was good experience. I find what i wanted at reasonable price so quick and easy. But delivery not comming. Royal mail sent me email they deliver parcel today, monday the 6th of May aprox 3pm. Unfortunately courier didint come. 🤔”

“Found this online as item not in stock locally. Ordered two bottles on next day delivery for an event. It was dispatched rapidly, but my problem was with the courier. The item was in transit but then there was a problem and I was notified of a delay. It was taken back to the depot. It was subsequently delivered 5 days after I ordered it. Courier said the box was wet, as the truck was packed in the rain! One item of the two I ordered had smashed in transit and leaked out of the box. Sam at drink finder was quickly able to refund on postage and the smashed item and is looking into the issue with the courier.”

“Arrived in good time. Only observation is packaging used is very plastic intensive. Would sooner see simple cardboard divider boxes as the current packaging, while very protective, is very bulky and not very environmentally friendly.”

“Ordered the MOSCATO PASSITO 2015 IL CASCINONE 37.5CL process was easy and received product extremely well packaged within 3 days kept informed by company and via Royal Mail on delivery. The product I received was not as pictured on the website and was Palazzina Moscato d’Asti Vendemmia Tardiva (37.5cl) 2015 slight variation in description and ABV but think it’s basically the same.as is the same estate and vintage.”

“My order was received very quickly. Unfortunately I had an email on the day I placed my order to say 1 item was out of stock. I chose an alternative. When I received my order the alternative was also out of stock and had been replaced by the 1 item in the range that I definitely did not want. Would have preferred another email to getting an unwanted item.”

“First time using Drink Finder and mixed feelings. I ordered 6 bottles of red but received 4 red and 2 white. I was disappointed and I sent an email off. I got an immediate apology and a promise to refund me the 2 incorrect bottles. I was happy with the resolution although I will need to order more red. Just hope it's right next time.”
