Your service was good, but the Royal Mail delivery was problematic. You should be aware. 1. They say you have to be in to sign for it. 2. Delivery window of 8-3 was very long so we opted to collect 3. They wouldn't deliver to the local sub postoffices closest to us, we had to collect from main town PO which means paying for parking. 4. They are only open to collect 8-10am so it was an early visit. 5. When husband got there, they said they had already delivered it. We had checked our parcel safe the evening before and it was empty. Despite having my ID they refused to give him any more details so he rang me. 6. I checked the parcel safe while he was on the phone to me and it was there. So they had delivered without it being signed for after all.
