“Great proposition of products and very fast and safe shipping. The website is however sometimes tricky to use as they are some Java issues with some internet browsers. Took me time (and 3 browsers) to be able to create an account, place an order and pay. Besides it, communication after purchase was friendly and clear.”

“Prompt delivery, however the bottle had been put in the packaging upside down, so some of the rum had soaked into the cork and so the seal was not as good as it could have been. When you opened the packaging you could smell the rum”

“This was the first time I ordered from Drink Finder - easy to order, wine turned up as expected, very well wrapped and protected, only slight problem was one case was white instead of two red. Easily done as the wines were from the same Chateau and I believe the true way to assess a company is how they react when things do not go to plan. The matter was easily resolved and everyone is happy. Only rated Good as they didn't get it right first time!”

“Thank you! Very fast delivery and product was perfect - the only way it could be improved is by using a packaging method that is not plastic as I try to avoid unnecessary plastic”

Hi Claire Thank you for the review and we are glad you are pleased with the service. Any plastic material we use is made from recycled plastic and depending on your local council (also permitting they open after the pandemic) it is recyclable! Hooray! We try to use as little of this stuff as possible anyway, but with the current state of the country using mail order in such a large manor packaging supplies are a bit all over the place and we are having to use what we can get at some stages. “Good selection of wines- really quick delivery - ordering online is a bit clunky - needs to update automatically. Only bug bear is the amount of cardboard and plastic that are wrapped around everything - can see it us necessary as contents are fragile but so much to dispose of.”

Hello Thank you for the review. Good news, the website is about to be replaced with a very responsive and fast website, it had to be delayed due to the high volume of orders currently. Also due to the volume of visitors we have noticed it performing lower than usual during this time. So do come back and try the new site in a few weeks! In regards to the packaging, we really do have to protect the orders especially when of the value and volume of items your order was. Sorry if this was an inconvenience. Regards Drink Finder

“I ordered a dozen but they found they only had eleven of the wine I wanted. I accepted the eleven and they were delivered well packed the very next day. I have just deducted the one star because of the shortage, but a competitive price for the wine and excellent service.”

“I was given six miniature bottles of gin at Christmas, one of which I did not really like. I did not purchase directly from Drinkfinder and have no grouse whatsoever with the company which was the only company I could find online that seemed to have ever stocked/supplied it. I have since looked on the Drinkfinder website and they have a fantastic array of gins, if you are a gin drinker, some new gins and some old, well-known gins. Come next Christmas I may well purchase from them.”

“Promptly delivered although I was not in on the delivery days .left with neighbour .Recieved message later to give instructions . I prefer stuff to be delivered by Royal Mail as it’s easy to pick up the next day .”

“Before I signed up it said the product was out f stock but after signing up it was in stock, delivery was fast and the price was better than elsewhere, four stars because of the out of stock in stock weirdness.”
