“Excellent service. Easy to use web site and prompt inexpensive delivery. Very good range of wines. I personally would prefer more detailed information for the wines to aid my choices.”

“Prompt Service, Very Competitive Prices and Superbly Packed in Robust, Strong Cartons. Would have happily awarded Drink Finder Five Stars for the order I received, except that I also contacted them twice to find the cost of sending a bottle of Cornish Spiced Run to France as a present, but sadly never got an answer despite using their 'Contact Us' page and then emailing them. This puts their customer service into question, hence just the Four Stars.”

We have checked the database of contact submissions with nothing relating to sending to France or your email address. We are aware that there was a temporary time frame where the contact us form was not working as intended but it now fixed. “Service was good to start, ordering, confirmation but think some acknowledgment sent that the deliver was sent and received would be good. I had to ask and chase this.”

“I had issues paying with PayPal, when I pressed to confirm payment an error message appeared that said Paypal was not responding. I then paid by card, but found that the delivery and invoice addresses were the same on contacting yourselves I found that I had ordered 2 bottles, not an issue as I am partial to at tot myself, but this needs looking into to stop further issues.”

“Great proposition of products and very fast and safe shipping. The website is however sometimes tricky to use as they are some Java issues with some internet browsers. Took me time (and 3 browsers) to be able to create an account, place an order and pay. Besides it, communication after purchase was friendly and clear.”
