I purchased a bottle of whisky for my son's birthday. I paid extra money for next day delivery. so as to arrive on the Monday. ordered on the Friday, I then was out of the country. My son informed me that the drink arrived two days after the Monday 7th January (his birthday) .
I was not impressed and told him that I believed the present would arrive on the correct day, and it obviously did not. I think my postage delivery cost should be reimbursed at least for the inconvenience and disappointment.
