“Automatic address finder removed the delivery address and substituted the billing address for my situation where billing address and delivery address are not the same. Delivery driver parked in the middle of the road, attempted to hand me the parcel by entering the neighbours' gate and handing it over the garden wall. Having been sent to my back door, he put the parcel on the ground and left. I was left to pick up a 14 kilo parcel myself and bring it inside. I am 79 years old and cannot easily any longer bend and lift heavy weights. He could see my approximate age.”

“good source of hard to find spirit. Would be 5 stars if came in air-pack protection but box had cardboard only (maybe this is equally good but having had a broken bottle from another supplier I am always concerned about packaging). Arrived quickly. Will be happy to use them again though”

“For me, it's a local business. Visitors to deepest, darkest Cornwall may be -- rightly -- astonished to find such a range of wines and whiskies and spirits tucked into what appears to be an unassuming convenience store.
