“Whilst on holiday we found a lovely bottled beer by a local brewery. When we got home decided some would be nice for Christmas. Drinkfinder straight in there. Thank you excellent service.”

“Was looking for a specific bottle of wine that I had enjoyed while on a short break in Anglesey and found it straight away on the drink finder site and for a great price. Delivery very quick and packaged really well (environmentally friendly packing too!). Would highly recommend, will be using again”

Hi Ann We do apologise that on this occasion when you rang to place an order we nobody was free to take it. We have been short staffed with seasonal sickness and swamped with festive orders. We do appreciate you being able to place the order on the website as you did. We do prefer customers to place orders through the website, but will take phone orders where possible, it was just not possible on this occasion. Drink Finder

“Your service was good, but the Royal Mail delivery was problematic. You should be aware. 1. They say you have to be in to sign for it. 2. Delivery window of 8-3 was very long so we opted to collect 3. They wouldn't deliver to the local sub postoffices closest to us, we had to collect from main town PO which means paying for parking. 4. They are only open to collect 8-10am so it was an early visit. 5. When husband got there, they said they had already delivered it. We had checked our parcel safe the evening before and it was empty. Despite having my ID they refused to give him any more details so he rang me. 6. I checked the parcel safe while he was on the phone to me and it was there. So they had delivered without it being signed for after all.”
