“My order didn't go to plan and I had to engage customer services. I have to say that the speed and quality of the customer service was exceptional. The delievery address was incorrectly applied at order time, so I was concerned my gifted order would not go to the correct address. I reched out overnight via email and was contacted as soon as they opened the next day and the address was rectified. It is very reassuring to know that should anything go wrong with your order Drink Finder are there. Exceptional customer service, will use again.”

“Excellent selection of interesting wines and spirits, with very prompt delivery. If anything does go wrong in delivery - one courier dropped an order of mine - Drinkfinder sort it out. If a wine has run out, they contact you and recommend good alternatives. Simply excellent!”
