“I wanted to order a beautiful bottle of bourbon as a present for my son. However, shortly after ordering on-line I realised I had ordered the wrong bottle. I phoned Drink Finder and they could not have been kinder or more helpful in swapping the bourbon I ordered for the one I really wanted. My son is really delighted with the bottle he now has 👌💯🙏”

“Unfortunately the delivery hiccuped - BUT THE STAFF at Drink Finder were amazing and went above and beyond to help and rectify!! 1st time in 10 years there has been a query - well worth becoming an alcoholic to deal with the Company!”

“My order didn't go to plan and I had to engage customer services. I have to say that the speed and quality of the customer service was exceptional. The delievery address was incorrectly applied at order time, so I was concerned my gifted order would not go to the correct address. I reched out overnight via email and was contacted as soon as they opened the next day and the address was rectified. It is very reassuring to know that should anything go wrong with your order Drink Finder are there. Exceptional customer service, will use again.”
