“My initial impressions were not good, as my email(s) to "Matthew Brown" asking for a quotation seemed to be ignored. Once I telephoned and spoke to Alex Weir the response improved markedly, and I am happy that we have ended up with medical insurance which will meet our needs at a reasonable price.”

“Overall, I had a positive experience with our insurance broker. It was our first time enrolling for a company insurance plan in the UK and the initial set up went smoothly. However, I did have a lot of questions since it was our first time dealing with insurance in the UK and I found that I had to reach out multiple times and sometimes wait for answers. The broker is very knowledgeable but seemed to be very busy. I would have preferred more proactivity and someone to guide me through all the steps, as I often felt surprised by new information and details. Despite this, I am satisfied with the outcome and my employees are happy with the move. I would recommend this broker now that I have a better understanding of the process.”
