“Our business needs related to providing company benefits for our employees. I'm not a subject matter expert in this HR area, but they are. Bernadette listened intently, guided, advised, and highlighted things I had not thought about. An utterly 1st class and professional experience from the very initial point of engagement. Bernadette is a genuine strength to the organisation, not just because of her professional background, knowledge and expertise in this field. We have only a few employees, but I genuinely think would have experienced that same customer attention if I had a few thousand employees. The team have been super helpful in guiding me through the administration and providing instructions in such a simple, timely and comprehensive way which meant I could respond swiftly. My colleagues are happy as they are confident they have a competitive benefits package implemented in minimum time.”

“Joseph Toft and his colleagues were able to simplify what is a very complicated set of offerings based on my initial public domain check. The a la carte options available are overwhelming so speaking to the same person through the process was helpful as sharing what the needs of the business were made the selection process much easier. The proposal put together was quite enlightening as well. It took time to get everything in place but this was mainly due to our business pressures. The portal to view all benefits is slow to get up and running but it should be a useful addition to the service offering.”
