“Really friendly and helpful service from Christopher. Information was clear and made easy to understand. For me the thing i appreciated most was that there was no automated phone directory service. If you call up, you just speak straight to a person. The only slight criticism is of Holloway, I just found them a bit slow to react to getting cover in place and responding to my application, which I just want to make Drewberry aware of. Otherwise was very satisfied and pleased with the customer service received.”

“You naturally get quite sceptical about using brokers found on Google but actually I would say Sam and his team are worth their grain of salt. Very patient, knowledgeable and have the know how. There was a long term intention that would have invalidated our policy but thanks to Sam's efforts we were able to clarify the matter and the policy was accepted with Legal & General. I'm certain if I filled in the form myself then this would not have been the case. They definitely saved me time and they always call when they say they will, shouldn't have to be praising the latter but so many services out there that just don't do the basics.”
