“Joseph Toft has been amazing. I’m so glad I came across him in my research on line. He has great clarity - is bright and is excellent at communicating things simply and straightforwardly - and he knows what he’s talking about. Nothing is too much trouble for him to explain. There’s something very reassuring and genuine about him. Dealing with him after 2 very unsatisfactory and protracted direct conversations with two private health providers was a huge relief. He returns calls and emails when he says he’s going to, which again was woefully lacking in others I’ve dealt with. It feels like he actually genuinely cares too, which in a world of on line, more remote automated communication is much needed and appreciated. Thank you Joe, you gave me the confidence to go ahead with a plan that I would otherwise not have done. I absolutely recommend Joe!”
