“The printing was very good as usual, but the packaging was considerable less good, as the prints were not so well protected in the envelope as they have been before in the cardboard folders you used to use.”

“The printing quality is excellent, with a wide choice of presentation styles and paper types. Everything is carefully packed, with different jobs separated by coloured paper, and the order arrive by efficient DPD service, with great delivery options. Altogether it is fantastic value.”

“Overall excellent service. Print quality is great and delighted with finished product. I was attracted by option to design spine which has worked great. Highly recommend doxzoo. Negatives: I found the online cover designer tool a little buggy (it kept replicating the back cover as a final page, but this has been corrected in the printed version). Also the edges of the product were very slightly damaged but I think this should be blamed on the postal service as it was well wrapped by doxzoo. Thanks!!”

“This is our second order of the same print book job but unfortunately not satisfactory. Stripes on the rear panel are evident. Should be solid dark purple. Also spine measurement they instructed was way out, hence the red stripe. That has pushed title off-centre. Contacted Doxzoo awaiting response.”

“Easy to understand though I needed to send myself a few samples before I got the layout right on my document! But the quality of the printing is fantastic, I printed my dad's Order Of Service for his funeral and they're the best quality orders of services I've seen, the printing is sharp and the quality of the printed photos is excellent. I'm over the moon with how my printing turned out. The price and service is great as well, I will use Doxzoo again and again.”

“Fantastic service and very fast printing! My only downfall was the delivery option; I had to pay an extra £12 for preffered day delivery for it to be ignored, and I had to change the delivery day using DPD. This was fixed very quickly though, the customer service at DoxZoo is wonderful!”

As mentioned last week, the order was produced ahead of schedule and dispatched for weekday courier delivery so it would reach you sooner. “Please give the option to have a non-cardboard backed envelope. Do Not Bend envelopes do not fit through letterboxes and are less likely to be delivered. I don't want to have to go the post sorting centre to pick it up.”

Based on experience and customer feedback, where applicable (depending on order size/weight) we used card backed envelopes to minimise the risk of damage during transit. “Exceeded expectations. Professionally done with vivid colours, crisp printing on high quality paper and completed very quickly. Kept advised of progress. When a great deal of effort has gone in to writing a book it is to Doxzoo's credit that the finished product doesn't disappoint. Will certainly be using this service again”
