“I have just received my first order from Doxzoo. The print quality is ok, although a few prints have blemishes which wouldn’t be acceptable for my clients. I personally think the packaging needs to be revisited as my package arrived with a ripped envelope and there was internal packaging (cellophane cover etc) on the prints, thankfully it wasn’t raining!”

“Bad: Doxzoo sent me somebody else’s order not mine Good: they immediately sorted problem out, reprinted my order, sent it by courier and refunded my payment. Brilliant recovery from unfortunate mistake”

“Spiral binding damaged, customer service slipped up with the replacement as I didn't receive an e-mail (technical issue I'm told) or the replacement delivered (no idea who is at fault), but the company did refund as promised. Apart from the binding issue, there were no faults with the printing, decent paper even though I was worried about double sided print, and the original document did arrive in time for their predicted window (3 days from what I remember). Royal Mail is notoriously unreliable though so if I needed the documents urgently I would have paid for expedited shipping. I would use this company again even after the confusion with the replacement as they have responded to any queries almost immediately and have tried their best to maintain a relationship with the customer when so many companies don't anymore. Thank you.”

Hi Fahad, Thanks for your feedback and recent order. Due to the damaged spine a reprint was dispatched on 24th October. No dispatch email was sent due to a technical error. However the reprint was indeed dispatched as promised. As the delivery method is Royal Mail it may take a few days to arrive. We also recommend checking with your neighbours.
