“Please give the option to have a non-cardboard backed envelope. Do Not Bend envelopes do not fit through letterboxes and are less likely to be delivered. I don't want to have to go the post sorting centre to pick it up.”

Hi Neville, Thanks for your review and recent order. Based on experience and customer feedback, where applicable (depending on order size/weight) we used card backed envelopes to minimise the risk of damage during transit. “Exceeded expectations. Professionally done with vivid colours, crisp printing on high quality paper and completed very quickly. Kept advised of progress. When a great deal of effort has gone in to writing a book it is to Doxzoo's credit that the finished product doesn't disappoint. Will certainly be using this service again”

“I was really pleased with this print job. I needed a manual printing on decent paper and well enough bound that it could take repeated use outdoors. Got exactly what I wanted and a huge amount of personal choice on the finished job. Good delivery time too. Thanks Doxzoo.”

We are sorry to hear that the document did not meet your expectations, however the order specification as shown on your Order Confirmation emails states 'hole punching: none'. “Such a simple and easy service. My localnprinters just weren't interested in very short runs of A3 stencil templates, so finding doxzoo was fantastic. Easy upload and selection, quick delivery and quality printing and paper. Plus it's cheaper than down the road...”
