“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. I ordered a single print sample and I wasn't happy with the quality; but I knew this was a fixable technical error. I wrote Customer Services an email highlighting my problem and they were able to rectify the issue, posted me another sample ASAP which I was very happy with. I am just about to place my first sizeable order and am confident that Doxzoo will do a good job. And if for whatever reason the prints don't match the quality of the rectified sample, I am also confident that they we be able to solve the problem.”

“I self indulgently wrote a booklet about some of my experiences. I was looking to publish in paperback format and found Doxzoo through a Google search. I needed some advice about files and formatting and got exactly the answers I needed straight away. The design and ordering is very straightforward, and delivery was superfast, even with the standard service. But best of all the booklet looks really good. Great quality cover, pages and print, even at low dpi. Definitely going back for more!”

“Simple user interface works. But as a graphic designer, I do believe that you should decrease the amount of words you used or just replace them as diagram showing which option is available. Anyway my first order was booklet and all pages is loose without clipping together. I do not think that was told on the website. The printing quality and paper are overwhelming satisfying. Already recommended you to several friends. Well good job!”

Great suggestion on diagrams etc. It's something we're working on - so watch this space! As a booklet, the pages should be saddle stitched (stapled) along the spine.
