Hi Freddy, Thanks for your feedback. As advised via email on Thursday 1st June, we are unable to bind A3 portrait documents on the left long edge so we therefore bound it along the top short edge. Our dev team have been notified and this option will be removed from the website. As confirmed on Friday 2nd June, the order has been refunded. “Absolutely awful. Both covers were awfully pixelated some how, text completely misaligned. Don't even get me started on the quality. Curled over horrifically when arrived and just keep getting worse. Avoid this company.”
