“Doxzoo were prompt to answer my emails, handled large files (>200mb) without problem given a dropbox link, and delivered on the predicted day. I would use them again.”

“Absolutely awful. Both covers were awfully pixelated some how, text completely misaligned. Don't even get me started on the quality. Curled over horrifically when arrived and just keep getting worse. Avoid this company.”

“The service is outstanding, there was a production problem that they identified and would not send out the thesis binding until it met their high standards. When received the thesis were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and double layer cardboard boxes. The sales team were ultra fast in replying to calls or emails and continually kept in touch. Highly recommended and not sure how they can produce such high quality for such a low price.”

“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. I ordered a single print sample and I wasn't happy with the quality; but I knew this was a fixable technical error. I wrote Customer Services an email highlighting my problem and they were able to rectify the issue, posted me another sample ASAP which I was very happy with. I am just about to place my first sizeable order and am confident that Doxzoo will do a good job. And if for whatever reason the prints don't match the quality of the rectified sample, I am also confident that they we be able to solve the problem.”
