“The printing arrived very quick. The paper used for the booklet is beautiful and quality. The cover thought is not. The lamilation just peel off, I had to cover them with transparent plastic paper. The last pages are printed on both side of the cover, I think it's a shame, an other page of paper will be better. Will totally order again, but not without an email before to be sure that these problems could be fixed.”

Hi Lauren, Thanks for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that Royal Mail have failed to deliver your order. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are not trackable, so we are unable to locate your package. It was despatched on 3rd May and estimated for delivery on 4th May. As advised by email on 9th May, if it is not with a neighbour or at the local Royal Mail delivery office, please email us so we can arrange a reprint or refund as necessary. Fogli grossi dove è possibile sottolineare con evidenziatore senza macchiare la pagina successiva. Come primo ordine ho addirittura ottenuto un 20 % di sconto sulla spesa totale. Economico e affidabile, ordinerò di nuovo :)”
