“Really helpful customer service Only issue is damaged prints in the post, so have to order more to account for ~ 50% damages on each order. But cheap so not too bad.”

“We are always satisfied with the quality of the printing job. Sometimes the boxes are not in a good state when they arrived so we would advise the company to pack properly. The company has been prompted to correct any mistake or to replace a faulty product.”

“Despite that a couple of my papers had crumple creases, my order was printed okay, thank you kindly. I've used DoxZoo for several years. I like that DoxZoo has upgraded/modernized their website. However, these new shipping costs, and or the print/dispatch options (with DoxZoo) have become a little pricey and exploitative. I prefer fixed/flat shipping rates that do not fluctuate depending on dates and DoxZoo's performance times. The cheapest shipping rate leaves a customer to wait 8 days for delivery of untracked letter size paper/documents, in the UK? Yikes. No, no.”

“Well priced, quick and professional service. The end product looks really good. There were a few complications which were sorted before the final print run, though the communication wasn't as good as it could have been and it was a little difficult to work out from the customer service emails exactly what the issue was. It could've been sorted sooner if the communication was clearer but we still got there in the end.”

“One of my main reasons for using Doxzoo over companies such as blurb was the lead time on the books, what would take blurb a week to do would be with me in 2 business days with Doxzoo which as a uni student pushed for deadlines really gave me that extra 3 days to finish it up. The cover I uploaded became a tad overexposed but I might have missed that when uploading so I don't think they're to blame. I'd like the paper range to be a little larger with some more different ratios catered to but for what it is with the turn around time and below normal cost of production, I'd definitely reccomend them.”

Hi Jibin, Thanks for sharing feedback. Great to hear the quality was good. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is subject to local postal delays and delivery may take up to 5 days. Royal Mail do report that 93% of items arrive next day, however it cannot be replied upon for urgent orders.
