“Doxzoo are fast, efficient and always get my prints to me on time. Running a small Etsy shop where I sell graphic posters, I don't have the equipment necessary to produce shop quality prints myself. Doxzoo do this for me and have really helped me grow my selection of products to include zines and more. I can get these ordered and delivered within 2 days, leaving plenty of time to send onto customers within reasonable timeframes. The cost is fantastic and I can't recommend them enough.”

Hi Emma, Thank you for your recent order. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have not yet delivered your package. It despatched on Thursday 30th Nov as advised on your despatch email. As stated on the website and despatch email, Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. We recommend checking with your Royal Mail local delivery office and neighbours. If there is no sign of it, we can only presume it is missing. “The printing was good quality and colour. A lot of people picked up the leaflets at the event. The card was thinner than I expected, but it could be that I should have chosen a thicker card to begin with, as there were different options. The prints were delivered on time and were well packed.”

“There was someone to help and explain on the phone any of our queries. It was easy to upload once you understand the system. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed by the courier the time of delivery. Print is clear and reproduction of photos are to a good standard. I shall definitely use DoxZoo again and would recommend them to anyone”

“I almost did not use this company as their connection is not secure when entering a password (in the end I simply used a site-unique password). Doxzoo tell me this will change in the New Year when they launch a new website. I found the ordering process a little difficult as the page kept losing parts of my document configuration, e.g. ink colour changed from colour in my instant quote to B&W when I went to order. So you just have to be careful. However the response to questions was excellent and being able to get an instant quote is also very useful. The documents arrived speedily, were well protected and the quality was great. I would use them again”

Hi Ajaj, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you used us :) As advised via email, our website does not currently have an SSL certificate in place. This is something we are addressing with the launch of our new website. However, all of our payments are handled by PayPal and WorldPay. Both of which do have an SSL certificate and are securely encrypted. As payment is handled by PayPal and WorldPay directly, Doxzoo does not view or store any card payment details. “Product and Doxzoo themselves - great, cannot fault! Delivery (DPD) - awful. Product itself was good, but delivery was awful and when it finally arrived the packaging was damaged so the printed pages were marked and bent. What I will say is that Doxzoo responded to my complaint immediately and issued a refund for the next day production charges and delivery. Only warning for orders - be wary of delivery times, not due to Doxzoo but due to DPD! This was guaranteed delivery on Thursday 30/11/17 but did not arrive in the given 1 hour time slot by DPD. I spent 45 minutes on hold to them, and whilst this happened I saw the delivery driver outside looking at our building then driving off, and he had marked it as ‘cannot find address’. DPD advised that they cannot do anything about this and would have to try the next day and that I would need to raise the complaint to yourselves. The order was a gift for a corporate client of ours that we were seeing on Friday morning, hence the payment for next day production etc, but as above did not arrive in time. Again, thank you to Doxzoo for the great customer service following this issue - a rare find in this day and age!”
