Hi Jessica, Thank you for your feedback and recent order. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have yet to deliver your order. It despatched on 7th December as advised on your despatch email. Your chosen delivery method was Royal Mail 1st Class, which is a low-cost, estimated and non-trackable option. This is communicated during the checkout process. For urgent orders, we do recommend courier delivery. This is highlighted in a big red box on our delivery page. “This was my first time ordering from the company. The prices are very good and the website nicely laid out, although it could be more responsive at times, and I dislike that many pages show as 'not secure'. My package arrived on time and I was kept well updated throughout the process. When received, there were some errors, however - one book had the pages bound in the wrong order, and the packaging was not good enough to prevent some minor damage. Customer service was amazing however, reprinting anything incorrect and damaged and even refunding one item when the reprint also arrived with pages in the wrong order. The customer service and price definitely merit the high score of review overall, and I will order again.”
