“Great printing job. Very pleased with it. But delivery to Italy took 12 days, and I found out my package had been left at a UPS collection point only another two days later, after I contacted Doxzoo, and then their courier at the e-mail address Doxzoo gave me. No card or notice had been left by UPS at my home address.”

Hi Danyi, Thanks for your recent Doxzoo order. Apologies for the delayed response, we were closed over the Easter Weekend. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have not delivered your package yet. It despatched on Tuesday 11th April as advised on your despatch email. However please note that Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. This is stated on the delivery page, order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails. For an urgent order, we recommend courier delivery. It's also worth noting that Royal Mail do not deliver on public holidays (Good Friday and Easter Monday), which may have further delayed their service. If it does not arrive in the next day or so, please check with your neighbours and your local Royal Mail delivery office. If they are unable to locate it, let us know at sales@doxzoo.com.
