Hi Danyi, Thanks for your recent Doxzoo order. Apologies for the delayed response, we were closed over the Easter Weekend. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have not delivered your package yet. It despatched on Tuesday 11th April as advised on your despatch email. However please note that Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. This is stated on the delivery page, order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails. For an urgent order, we recommend courier delivery. It's also worth noting that Royal Mail do not deliver on public holidays (Good Friday and Easter Monday), which may have further delayed their service. If it does not arrive in the next day or so, please check with your neighbours and your local Royal Mail delivery office. If they are unable to locate it, let us know at sales@doxzoo.com. “the quality of the prints were good, but there were some marks on my prints which i didnt like. shipping was slower than estimated too.”

“Unhappy with process. Having put the document into A5 the programme reworked it to A4. I didn't notice this and so ended up with A4 books instead of A5. And the covers at this size curl badly.”

As advised via email on Friday 7th April, the chosen paper size was A4, as stated on your Order Confirmation email. We recommend that customers double check these emails after ordering, as they act as the receipt for the order.
