“My order was messed up. Half the docs should have been in colour but all came in black and white. Phoned and was assured the colour docs would be sent that day. Confirmation dispatch email sent but still no sign of the docs two weeks later! Phoned up again and given the run around.”

Hi Graham, Thanks for your review. As advised via email this afternoon, the reprint despatched on 8th March. As it was sent via Royal Mail 1st Class we can only presume that it has been lost in transit. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. Unfortunately they do not offer a guaranteed or trackable service. We recommend checking with neighbours and your local Royal Mail delivery office in case they have it. If there is no sign of it, please let us know and we'll provide a further reprint or a full refund. Best wishes, The Doxzoo Team

“I wasn't informed that, due to a problem with printing, my order would be delivered a day late. I wasn't told the situation and had an incredibly stressful time rushing to get the order from the delivery depot so I had it on time. A lack of communication and my complaints seemed swept under the carpet. Would not use again.”

Hi Elly, Thanks for your feedback. After contacting you to advise that the yellow text was not visible on red card, we produced several new test versions at your request. Ensuring that the text was visible on the final copy. Due to these test prints, the delivery missed the courier collection time and was delivered 1 working day later than originally advised. It's unfortunate to read your complaint given our efforts to accommodate your request. However we appreciate that we could have managed your expectations better by letting you know about the 1 day delivery day. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. “It was easy to select what I needed from the good range of options. I was easy to pay for the job. The service was fast and reliable. The colour quality of the print job and glue binding is excellent, and the paper quality is very good. Doxzoo has gave me an excellent quality:value ratio. And, I will definitely use them again. Doxzoo are giving me a discount on my next print run I have but this review is honest and sincere review.”

“Excellent customer support. I was assisted by telephone and pointed to an online guide to install Flash, so that I was able to preview my document before submitting. Printed documents arrived on time, flawlessly finished. Would recommend!”
