“I paid extra to receive my delivery on Wednesday and I got it Thursday (not the reason I have penalised them with only 2 stars, I understand that Royal Mail is not under their control). However, when I received my order, it was the wrong one. I promptly let them know and I still have not received it, even though I needed it before the weekend and I was told it would be done on the same day...so I expected it at least on Saturday. Nope!”

Hello and thank you for your message and sorry to hear that your order wasnt as expected. I can see that you reported an issue with your order where some pages had been reversed. We immediately reprinted the item for you and reshipped free of charge on the 8th by same carrier. We would always recommend using a tracked delivery service either royal mail 24, royal mail 48 or courier if your items are urgent in nature.
