“Excellent service. My order arrived on the expected date. Great quality prints at very affordable prices. The website is extremely easy to use. I did have a minor issue on one of the pages I’d been sent but that was sorted out, via the ‘live chat’, in a matter of minutes and the whole document was resent to me within a couple of days. Will definitely use this company again. A++++”

“I've written a novel, and it cost me £50.00 to get a photo copy made. Then I discovered Doxzoo, and saw that I could get 10 bound copies for just a few £'s more than I paid for that 1 loose photocopy. I couldn't believe it. I ordered 10, and I was amazed at the product. It was great to see my work bound, and looking like a book. So I gave some out to be proof read, amended the typos, and ordered another 10 copies. Doxzoo is such a great resource for any budding writer out there. Great quality, efficient service, and good value for money.”

“Great quality, even got some extra copies of my prints thrown in (possibly because you can only print even numbers and I was asking for 1 or 3 of most of my documents?!). Only four stars because one of my patterns had white lines at the top and bottom despite the picture meeting the edge when I uploaded it.”

“Order hasn’t arrived yet. First time I’ve not received an order on the predicted date. Since I’ve been asked to write a review, here it is! Contacted live chat before reviewing to get an idea of what kind of delays they’re experiencing with the post and got a copy/paste answer from the website so no help whatsoever. I will continue to wait and hope my order arrives and is what I’m expecting. Until then, can’t give the company more than 1 star due to no product and unhelpful customer service. Maybe don’t request reviews so soon in future!!”

Hi Sarah, Thanks for the review. We are sorry Royal Mail have failed to deliver your order as of yet. We do advise on the website that this service is estimated and not trackable therefore we are not able to provide you with an exact time frame of when it will be delivered. Due to COVID we do try to warn customers on our website to allow extra time for Royal Mail deliveries and to use DPD if urgent. If it doesn't arrive after 10 working days then please let us know, we will be happy to assist. The Doxzoo team.
