“The delivery date that you choose is not accurate and the customer service agents relay that very impolitely if you ask why your parcel hasn’t been delivered on the day you picked and paid for. I still haven’t received my parcel which was supposed to come 2 days ago so can’t really comment any further, just thoroughly disappointed with the service.”

We do advise on the website that this service is estimated and not trackable therefore we are not able to provide you with an exact time frame of when it will be delivered. Due to COVID and the Festive period we do try to warn customers on our website to allow extra time for Royal Mail deliveries and to use DPD if urgent. “Everything as expected, printed same day and delivered next day, all correct but they get 5 stars because of the quality of the print that was really streets ahead of anything you can print at home, the price was reasonable too.”

“They want a review on a product I haven't received, so you will get one star because I haven't received yet. Maybe you should try to be as efficient with your deliveries. No doubt COVID and Xmas will get the blame”

“Superb quality and value. Fast service and reliable delivery too. I particularly liked being able to get instant quotes and seeing a preview of my document on the website before committing to the order. The only slight snag was not having the minimum document margins made explicit during the order process. After having a document refused twice because of overlapping the margins, I eventually discovered the minimum margins in the help pages. This information should probably have been shown as soon as the paper size and binding method had been chosen. But this is the only small gripe in an otherwise surprisingly good printing experience.”
