“The pages were in the wrong order”

“Really good service. It was easy to order my document online, there were lots of options on how my document should be finished, back covers/ front covers etc. and it arrived well packaged when they said it would. I would recommend them.”

“The software was a nightmare to use. No document management features and no way to delete files that had been uploaded so I ended up with duplicates and couldn't work out what was what. It messed up the formatting of loads of my files causing them to spill over multiple pages. When I actually got the delivery, loads of the document quantities were wrong. Total waste of time and money.”
