“Printing quality is excellent. Paper quality is ok as I've got a really noticeable kink in my print. I was also charged for 2 prints as one of my pages were blank and there was nowhere on the website to remove the blank page for ordering. I was only over charged pennies though.”

As you've spotted, blank pages cannot be removed once uploaded, so we encourage customers to finalise the file before upload. This will ensure you only pay for the pages you wish to print. “The product was very good, however we paid more to ensure the product would be with us by 12:00 the day before we required it, and yet a delay occurred. The item was then re-printed and sent out for a 9AM delivery, whereby we had to chase the parcel again and the courier had signed for the parcel at 8:58 before arrival. The parcel eventually arrived at 09:10.”

They were despatched on time however Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated and occasionally subject to local postal delays. “Absolutely fantastic service from these guys. Sent a pdf file to them online via their website(Which is a pleasure and simple to use) and I received the printed off booklets next day in great condition and exactly as I had wanted. Will deffo use DOXZOO again in the future.Much appreciated the quality and the speed of the work .”
