“Quick service, easy-to-use website, but poor packaging. Card-backed envelopes are not strong enough for a heavy, bound manual and mine arrived torn and battered thanks to the "careful handling" by The Post Office.”

“Well, it got off to a bad start (I ordered a board mounted poster, but was sent a normal single sheet, rolled one). No probs, gave them a call and the girl on their end was excellent, promised to investigate, took my number, rang me back within 10 mins, apologised profusely, and arranged for a board mounted poster to be printed and dispatched the same day. It arrived the next day. Anyone can make a mistake, but it's how it gets rectified that matters. Excellent service, well done Doxzoo.”

“The pdf I needed printing didn't reproduce in A4 size when I tried it, nor did it double side so some proper expertise was clearly needed. The design tool is excellent and you can see exactly how it will come out. Very pleased with the end product, lovely paper too. I have another order in already. Many thanks :)”

“Easy, clear instructions, transparent prices and good customer service (phone call received to check something). The rating would have been excellent, but for the non-functioning personalised cover function. Initially would not load instructions , using IE. In Chrome, it appeared that I had entered the information for the cover, but unbeknown to me , it didn't go through. This needs attention. Fortunately, your office noticed the blank cover, and phoned me.”
