I agreed for delivery on a certain date, however it was never delivered and I received a message the following day saying it will be delivered however as I was busy I had to redirect my package to a pick up point which took a further 2 days to arrive. If it had arrived on the date I choose then I would have been at home got delivery. When I received the package the sides of the box was not sealed therefore the edges of all pages were crumbled. I paid a lot of money for my printing and have been let down with the poor packaging. So so disappointed

I was overall please with my order. I would order again. However, there was a few issues, the last page, before the hard cover and clear plastic, was damaged on two of the books I ordered. Also, shipment of the items caused damage to the tabs/dividers I added into my books.

Hi there, unfortunately some of the prints got damaged either during transit (which has happened before) or during the printing process. I can say that you dealt with the problem although the resolution didn't quite go as expected but that too was dealt with. I understand sending all work in one package but if you've a combination of A3 and A4 pieces and with the A4 pieces greater in number - and weight - it would be helpful if the A3 prints were securely stored in the package so they would be damaged by the larger A4 printing.

Excellent quality, did not provide cheap paper but the more premium kind and I received next day delivery - which was a very pleasant surprise! Price for price beats any of the household names by a long shot!

Hi - I was expecting the posters to arrive on Saturday 27th October, which is what I'd ticked for delivery option. It's 30th October now, and they still haven't arrived. I can't comment ion the quality of copy as I haven't received them yet, but I'm disappointed that the order hasn't arrived when you said it would.

We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have yet to deliver, however as stated on the site and order confirmation/dispatch emails, unfortunately Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated only and delays may occur. If you have a deadline to meet, we recommend our courier delivery option instead. If there is no sign of the package after 5 delivery days, please check with your neighbours and local Royal Mail sorting office. If they cannot locate it, please contact us via Live Chat.
