“Good quality print and options - but only alerted to problems on file the day before deadline. Would rather the job got checked and approved on submitting.”

Hi Lulu, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry for the late notice. Your artwork passed the studio checks which took place immediately after ordering. However issues came to light when it was sent to print and the machine was unable to process it. Thank you for resupplying the files at a smaller size. “I prepared the word document before uploading it to Doxzoo. I have to say the front cover editor is fiddly (trying to type the name of the book on the seam) and it took a while to get this right. I am generally pleased with the quality of the printed book that was delivered.”

“Doxzoo had some problems with the file I sent, although they were very good at keeping me informed and offered me a refund for the deadline missed. Sometimes things don't go right, but that's where good customer service comes in.”

“The quality of the book print could be improved. The binding was not very accurate, the cover showed some minor damges. Overall the print quality was very good, but the binding lacked precision.”

“Had 3 manuals printed from PDF files for my musical keyboard, I found the quality to be to a really professional standard and the wire ring binding made the manuals so easy to use. Would definitely use Doxzoo again.”

“I'm mostly satisfied with my order. And, it was good to be able to see how it will be printed before I order. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was that all of my books came with plenty of marks inside. Apart from that, the service was quite decent.”

“Uploading my book was easy. I did make a.mistake with the cover along the way, but the staff spotted it and helped me rectify it before printing. The hardback book produced is first class. Will definitely use Doxzoo again”

“First class delivery took a bit longer than expected but the printing quality was absolutely amazing and it looks very professional with the laminate and acetate and all the other features on offer so I will definitely be using this site again in the very near future.”
