“After my last review the customer services team got back in contact and offered a free reprint. They emailed back to ask if they could split the 724 pgs into 2 volumes which was OK with me. Books arrived the day after and they had redesigned the spine to add vol 1 & 2. As I said before a few niggles but nicely sorted by great customer care. Many thanks.”
