“Good Quality Prints, however postage was not paid for so it took longer than expected and had to pay the delivery myself again.”

“I was very pleased with the quality of the printing, but unfortunately one of the prints was permanently creased at one edge because it had become trapped in the packaging. In this instance it did not matter as I was only exploring your service as a sample, but thought I should let you know. It will not put me off ordering from you in the future, as in all other respects I was very satisfied.”

“Print quality was great and the service too. The only reason I didn't give it a five is that the ordering process can be a little confusing the app you use is great but there is no differential of the difference between a page a a sheet written down so had to contact customer support to make sure I was putting through the order correctly.”

Hi Graham, Thanks for your review and recent order. The difference between pages/sheets is explained on our glossary page. However we agree this could be made clearer for quoting purposes. We plan on adding tool tips to our quote form and configure page soon :) For future reference, the number of pages is automatically calculated when the file is uploaded. Pages refers to the number of pages in the document. The number of printed sheets then depends on whether it is printed single or double sided. This is reflected in the Document Preview prior to checkout. If single sided, the number of sheets will match the number of pages. If double sided, the number of sheets will be half the number of pages. For example: 20 page file single sided = 20 sheets. 20 page file double sided = 10 sheets. We hope to print for you again soon. “Excellent reproduction of requested item to be printed. Arrived within promises time frame with re enforced cardboard envelope. Not too much flexibility on other formats.it had to be PDF files or nothing it seems. Minor gripe apart,thank you very much.”

Hi Christopher, Thanks for your recent order and review. Our website can accept Microsoft file types including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint files, however PDF is our preferred format for printing.
