“The order went through very quickly, arriving even earlier then I expected! The print I received was very good quality.”

“The order went through very quickly and without any difficulties, arriving even earlier than I thought it would! I had an issue with the binding I chose cutting off more of the centre than I thought it would but that was my mistake in the choice of binding. I would order from here again but I'd like to have more information on the binding I will be receiving before I order next time.”

“Very pleased with the sample hard back book I ordered. Good service regarding a query I raised by email regarding cover design. Book was delivered at stated date and I will be placing a larger order when I have updated the sample book. Minor criticism, the black and white photos were darker than the originals, however I'll lighten up the originals for the final copies.”

“The printing was as good as I hoped. It seemed quite expensive but was the only way I could create the document I wanted in the timeframe. I had to be very patient during the uploading process - it seemed to take ages and on more than one occasion it failed and I had to start again. The only nightmare was delivery for the occasion intended - although in late December, it was actually a birthday present; all on track and then (end of business Friday) a message that the parcel had not been picked up. However, it arrived literally 20 minutes before it would have been too late. So, overall, good quality but the delivery so close to Christmas was a challenge; but, I got it and it was just in time.”

Hi Jayasinh, Thank you for your feedback and recent order. We are due to launch our new website early next year, which will be fully responsive and SSL secure. Thank you for sticking with us during this transitional period. Rest assured however that all of our payments are handled by PayPal and WorldPay. Both of which do have an SSL certificate and are securely encrypted. As payment is handled by PayPal and WorldPay directly, Doxzoo does not view or store any card payment details. “This was my first time ordering from the company. The prices are very good and the website nicely laid out, although it could be more responsive at times, and I dislike that many pages show as 'not secure'. My package arrived on time and I was kept well updated throughout the process. When received, there were some errors, however - one book had the pages bound in the wrong order, and the packaging was not good enough to prevent some minor damage. Customer service was amazing however, reprinting anything incorrect and damaged and even refunding one item when the reprint also arrived with pages in the wrong order. The customer service and price definitely merit the high score of review overall, and I will order again.”
