Hi Isobel, Thanks for your feedback and recent order. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver your order on the estimated delivery date. However as stated on the website, Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are estimated and non-trackable. For urgent orders, we do recommend courier delivery. You would have been advised of the estimated nature of Royal Mail deliveries when you called. We are sorry you were not happy with the information given. If there is still no sign of your order, please check with your neighbours and local delivery office. If they cannot locate it, please email sales@doxzoo.com to arrange a free reprint. Hi Jayasinh, Thank you for your feedback and recent order. We are due to launch our new website early next year, which will be fully responsive and SSL secure. Thank you for sticking with us during this transitional period. Rest assured however that all of our payments are handled by PayPal and WorldPay. Both of which do have an SSL certificate and are securely encrypted. As payment is handled by PayPal and WorldPay directly, Doxzoo does not view or store any card payment details.
