Bought some shelves they arrived and the brackets that match the shelves and were in the picture have to be bought separately and are really expensive this was not made clear on the website

I placed an order with your company & chose to pay for next day delivery as we were going away! All was fine until I received a text saying thank you to me for changing the delivery date! I was shocked, as I hadn't done this! I rang your company & was told by the young lady that she would look into this & ring me back! I did not get a call back, so I had to ring again! Still they couldn't explain who had changed the delivery date! I rang the delivery company who assured me that it would have been changed by the seller, and nothing to do with them! It didn't arrive the next day!! So not only did I pay extra for the next day delivery, plus 3 phones calls, & nothing was resolved! We went away & I had to leave a note on the door for it to be left with my elderly neighbour! I was extremely annoyed with the whole situation! Doubt very much that I will be ordering again from your company! Also it was a Christmas present!! The recipient didn't get it from me until after Christmas!! Very annoying!!

I returned the items as they were not the right match over a week ago recorded delivery and still not received any confirmation or my money back. I had to pay 3.50 for delivery and another 3.50 to return. Not great service!

I had assumed that - at this price level - there was a strainer coming with the pot . It didn't state it in the description. Other retailer were cheaper and stated "no drainer" , so I had assumed this pot would have one. I was disappointed by the lack of description.

I have emailed the homecolours.com yesterday as this kettle is turning itself on and off all the time once it has boiled it then turns off and then after a few seconds turns itself on again and does this quite a few times before it stops. I then unplug it. Bought a fatboy light over £200 and the usb has fused so not working within 3 weeks. Tried calling but no answer fron any of the dotmaison team hence a dissapointing review and warning to others that this is NOT acceptable R

Blind was damaged yet a refund was refused as we had opened the packaging. How could we have known it was damaged without opening?

Hello, thank you for your review. We have checked our correspondence records and we cannot see a report from you that the blind was damaged. Rather we can see that you sent an image with a complaint that the blind did not measure the dimensions stated on the website and was too small. However having checked the dimensions we found them to be correct. The dimensions are of the total width of the blind including mechanisms and brackets not simply the fabric and this is in line with the information displayed on our website. We do ask that blinds are not removed from packaging if being returned only because we are unable to repackage and sell as new, however this does not affect your statutory rights if the product is damaged or faulty. Ive still not received it! Very disappointed :( Received an email stating post office unable to deliver, we were in the front garden when the postman delivered to our neighbour. Missed the gift date I was hoping for it to arrive for! I was going to order another one but now unsure if it would even arrive.

Dear Caroline thanks for your review. We have checked the tracking for your parcel and we can see that we despatched on the 6th April. You chose standard delivery at checkout which means that Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days of despatch. With Friday being a Bank Holiday this will have pushed the 5 day target into this next week so technically having tried to deliver on Saturday they were within the target. We can see delivery was unsuccessful with the comment that the property was 'inaccessible', we can't say what this means although of course at the moment, as with all organisations, COVID-19 is having an impact on working practises.
