“I rented a car off Dorset Vehicle rental & was very satisfied. It was a very smooth process ,the car was a small automatic Toyota Aygo perfect for what I needed. It was clean & in excellent condition. The handover was also good. Good service & good prices . Thank you will use them again if needed.”

“I hired a 3.5 tonne Luton with tail lift for a house move. Booking was very straight forward online and the staff very helpful and friendly on collection and drop off of the van. I would highly recommend Dorset Vehicle Rentals to anybody looking to hire a vehicle.”

“The vehicle was well presented and did the job very well however I had cause to speak with yourselves over the fact I returned the vehicle on time with half a tank of fuel that someone else more fortunate than myself is going to benefit from without any concerns from yourselves or apology thanks again Andrew Hollamby”

Hello Andrew, Thank you for the 5 star rating we will make sure our Yeovil Manager sees this. Unfortunately vehicles need to be returned with the same amount of fuel as on collection as we do not give refunds for excess fuel. This is stated in the FAQ's page on our website and we apologise that you were not aware of this. We hope this doesn't effect you hiring from us in the future. - Thank you again.

“Really easy to book service which was also at a great price. I used the website to compare prices before booking. It is refreshing to see how much something will actually cost before proceeding, unlike some sites where extras get added once you've made an account. With the van booked we turned up on the day and after a short queue were into the office with our paperwork. The man at the desk was nice and friendly and the process was straightforward. We were then taken where someone had brought the van round to us and did the walk round with us highlighting any previous damage. They explained how to use the tail lift and then we were off! The van worked flawlessly for our removal and then we returned it out of hours and left the keys in the safety deposit box. Within a few days I had my deposit back on my card. Like I said, really easy process from start to finish, great service, and all for a competitive price. Thank you!”

“I have used Dorset Vehicle Rental (Weymouth office) a few times a year for the past 5 years. Their website is easy to use and their staff are always knowledgeable and courteous. The vans provided are always well prepared and presented and I have not had any issues with any during my rental periods. Great value for money and a really easy pick up and drop back (even after office hours). Would not wish to use any other van hire company.”
