“This is my first experience with renting from DVR - for me it worked really well. The place was within walking distance of my home and everything was in place when I arrived. The car was clean and not too difficult to learn the controls and very economical to run, which really impressed me. The man in the office was professional and courteous and very helpful. My only complaint is that the £200 deposit was actually taken and has resulted in me having to wait 4 weeks for the money to be refunded into my account. This is because of the timing on my credit card, I would have preferred the £200 to be held. Apart from that I would definately use DVR again.”

“Scammers lies about the amount of fuel even tho I proved I put fuel in, no response from Yeovil. Ranch after complaining and took a part of the deposit.”

Good afternoon, If a vehicle is returned with less fuel you are charged an admin fee & any missing fuel. We take photos of the fuel gage on collection & on return to avoid mistakes happening.
