“Why am I being asked for a review of your product when you have still not dispatched it?!”

“I only drink decaf because of health issues and I either made a mistake ordering or I just got sent the regular tea as it came from a third party. As I can't see the original order only the confirmation I don't know who's error it is. So I had to go buy twinnings tea in a smaller quantity from the supermarket 🙁.”

“Have always been happy in the past with my tea but this time round not so happy to find the best before date was now, and when I contacted the company no one responded, not the service I expected.”

“I love Dorset tea so I placed an order for a large bag to be delivered to my friend's address in the UK because I live in Sweden. I sent an e-mail before placing my order to ensure that I could have it delivered to my friend and I received no reply. I then received a generic message that my order was on its way a couple of days later, so I presumed it was ok. However, my package did not arrive and when I checked my e-mails, I noticed one from Dorset tea informing me that my money had been refunded. There was no explanation at all as to why this had occurred. I usually drive 10km to my nearest stockist in Stockholm to buy this tea but after this experience, I will not bother again. I would not recommend buying Dorset tea online due to the non-existent customer service.”

“Could not order for several days as wanted to purchase 1000 t-bags plus a drinks container. Apparently, you can not do both?? Waited for 4days for a response from emails and Twitter. Then ordered the tea on 7th December. Money was taken that day. Went on holiday on 13th Dec still no delivery??”

“I absolutely love your tea and I have your mugs and tea tin and always get compliments on the tea I serve. I have been following you on Instagram for a couple of years and was so excited that I may receive a free tea towel if I placed an order online. I was a bit disappointed to open the box and not to find the tea towel. I understand you said they would only be sent if available, but there was no apology or explaination. This didn't feel in-keeping with your friendly small company vibe. I felt a little as if I'd been lured into making a purchase online; something I won't do again because it is cheaper to buy in the supermarket. Gutted of Wimborne (Rach)”
