“Ordered this tea a few times. It is easy to actually order and arrives in a couple of days. Mostly next day if not a weekend.”

“Tried it on holiday and enjoyed it. Brought some back with us and introduced it to the rest of the family. We all enjoy it and we're glad to find we can get quick delivery from the website.”

“I really like the product. The individually packaged tea bags are great for my holiday let. Sadly on this occasion the company has been let down by their couriers Evri. Evri have twice sent out a date and time for delivery but failed to deliver on both occasions. I have not been given an explanation. In future I will use another supplier that does not rely on Evri as its courier.”

“love your tea but after placing an order with you last week, we noticed that the postcode was incorrect - not sure how this happeed but we tried to contact you. Your phone would not take messages (box full) and you did not reply to e mails. Eventually we contacted Aimia Fulfilment who were fantastic, got in touch with Evri and when the packet could not be located sent us a replaced free of charge. At least they know the meaning of customer service.”

“Was a PG Tips girl all my life, until we found Dorset tea 2 years ago, such a a clean refreshing cup of tea, would never change now….you can’t beat it! My husband is an Earl Grey drinker, he also has converted to the Dorset Earl Grey Tea, he says it’s better than the well known brands.”
