“Still haven't received my order that was placed on 16th August. BlackBerry syllabub was nil stock tried to replace with strawberries and cream but said they had not received the email to substitute. Disappointed as we love Dorset tea.”

“Customer service is incredibly poor. Sent a email ref a mistake in address dispatched and I resolved myself then received a email several days later that was abrupt. They then didn't reply at all to my follow up. Shame the customer experience was poor as the tea is good.”

“Placed order on 5 June, have not received it yet. On the tracking it shows it has been with Parcel force since 6th June and is still there. Have emailed - no response, tried phone no one to take the call and message box full. This is my first order and may well be my last”

“Still haven’t received my order after 7 days - having paid £3.99 for delivery I think this is very poor. The response from the customer service team was that I should have paid for the £5.99 delivery. Will not order again.”

“We always buy Dorset tea. Unfortunately recently I accidentally ordered black tea by mistake - I realised my error but despite ringing within 5 minutes, speaking to several different people and being assured the order would be cancelled, then started receiving messages saying it was on its way. Have refused to accept delivery and hoping a refund will follow, but I'm not holding my beath.”

“I was recommended to Dorset Tea when I had tea at a friends house and loved the flavour and asked what it was. And was told it is Dorset Tea. I now have three boxes of eighty bags of Sunshine tea and it is nowhere as tasty and has no Flavour. the I am really disappointed. I think I should have ordered the Blend I have tried to contact you but i cannot get the chance to speak to anyone. I would be very grateful if I could return the ones I have for the blend one's . Of course I will pay for the return and the postage. Regards. Frederick Wall. 01202 593990”
