I love Dorset tea so I placed an order for a large bag to be delivered to my friend's address in the UK because I live in Sweden. I sent an e-mail before placing my order to ensure that I could have it delivered to my friend and I received no reply. I then received a generic message that my order was on its way a couple of days later, so I presumed it was ok. However, my package did not arrive and when I checked my e-mails, I noticed one from Dorset tea informing me that my money had been refunded. There was no explanation at all as to why this had occurred. I usually drive 10km to my nearest stockist in Stockholm to buy this tea but after this experience, I will not bother again. I would not recommend buying Dorset tea online due to the non-existent customer service.
