“Customer service is incredibly poor. Sent a email ref a mistake in address dispatched and I resolved myself then received a email several days later that was abrupt. They then didn't reply at all to my follow up. Shame the customer experience was poor as the tea is good.”

“I only drink decaf because of health issues and I either made a mistake ordering or I just got sent the regular tea as it came from a third party. As I can't see the original order only the confirmation I don't know who's error it is. So I had to go buy twinnings tea in a smaller quantity from the supermarket 🙁.”

“I am not a big fan of peppermint tea, but this one has spearmint and absolutely phenomenal! With a teaspoon of sugar it tastes like a spearmint chewing gum, from my childhood… It’s delicious!”

“I love the Strawberries and cream and Blackberry Sylabub in particular. They taste of the fruit and don't leave a dry aftertaste. My husband and I also really like the decaf black standard tea bags. I only wish they did it as a loose tea then it would be perfect!”
