“I love Dorset tea so I placed an order for a large bag to be delivered to my friend's address in the UK because I live in Sweden. I sent an e-mail before placing my order to ensure that I could have it delivered to my friend and I received no reply. I then received a generic message that my order was on its way a couple of days later, so I presumed it was ok. However, my package did not arrive and when I checked my e-mails, I noticed one from Dorset tea informing me that my money had been refunded. There was no explanation at all as to why this had occurred. I usually drive 10km to my nearest stockist in Stockholm to buy this tea but after this experience, I will not bother again. I would not recommend buying Dorset tea online due to the non-existent customer service.”

“I'm obsessed with Dorset Tea & wont drink anything else - unless it's an emergency situation. I get twitchy when I'm down to my last box of bags at home, and I keep a supply at work too. Saw they do loose leaf tea too so treated myself to a tin of that. Just need to buy a small teapot now!”

“Very nice and tasty tea - I drink a cup of chamomile in the evening and other brands just taste like dried grass and hot water, but this one with the addition of raspberry and lemon grass flavours actually tastes quite nice. Also very good a friendly customer service.”

“This is the most fantastic tea - I first tasted this tea whilst on holiday in Lulworth Cove and I have never looked back since. Being an avid tea lover, and being from up North, this tea is not so readily available to us so the website is invaluable to me. The service is super quick and delivery is efficient. I am always happy to receive my Dorset tea.”
