Thanks for your understanding Gordon. Occasionally the Couriers seem to mishandle long items. We do try out best to package in such a way which will avoid such instances but we take this on board. Kind regards Robert

“I phoned with a query regarding the size of a replacement multipoint door lock and the guy I spoke to very kindly checked the size and called me back to confirm it was the correct one that I needed. It was then delivered in just two days. A very helpful & 1st rate service. Wish all online dealings were this good. Many thanks!!”

“I had purchased these latches from another supplier but after several attempts to chase the order I never received the goods so was apprehensive about ordering again on the net, but I was pleased to say that Doorfit supplied the exact latches at a good price and the delivery cost was reasonable.
