“This was a great product, the fitters plus myself had never fitted one before, we had to remove one side from a studded wall, this made fitting the uprights awkward but we adapted and managed to fit everything supplied. So we are more than happy with the finished result.”

“I bought some satin finish stainless steel hinges with bearings to replace the brass hinges that were fitted throughout previously. The new hinges are excellent quality and a good match for stainless steel door furniture that I have fitted as each room has been decorated. Where the old hinges had become shabby looking and tarnished, I'm confident that these will look good and work well for many years. These new hinges are terrific value for money.”

“Bought on line & transaction went OK Parts bought were not what I was looking for, so spoke to Mark who quickly exchanged goods and all OK now Perhaps bit more info on line about the goods might help otherwise. All very good”

“I made a mistake and ordered an incorrect part via the internet, which I returned and had exchanged on a recent Saturday. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend highly Doorfit to anyone.”

Dear Annie, I'm sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the service we have provided. I have investigated the matter with my sales team and I understand we have had an issue with the consistancy of finish on these products which was not spotted when the goods were shipped; this has now been identified and addresssed. The sales person who spoke with you today informs me that he has offered to credit the goods in full including the cost of postage however I recognise the frustration you have raised and would be happy to arrange the goods collection if that would help. Lastly regarding the missing address details I can only guess that the invoice was not printed on our usual letter head since our address should be listed at the bottom of each page. Please do let me know how you would like to proceed with returning the goods and I will make the neccessary arrangments. Yours sincerely Robert Neil Joint Managing Director
