“Took a long time for delivery and there was very little guidance about which size to buy for the dog you have in terms of the tailgate lock, which would be very easy to do. On the whole the service was ok.”

“the beds them selves are amazing and good value for money however the postage is a bit disapointing. you opt for express nxt day delivery but at check out it disapears. it also sais free nxt day delivery and its Not. ordered a bed on thursday and was told wont be here till monday. being a loyal customer counts for nothing ive ordered 3 beds now first one did come nxt day but other 2 had to wait longer than stated when i phoned up to enquire woman on phone said i got lucky on first delivery.. . wont be using this site again.”

“Its a great solution for very slow walking as part of intensive rehabilitation programme for my young vizsla so he does not embrace the dressage trot vizsla's are so well renowned for however I would have given five stars its simply that I have managed to unravel the collar and so it does not go on the same way now _ it maybe my error DSeago”

“The bed itself is great. My beef is that I bought medium and a medium mattress. Beware, thats a mistake.. you need the large mattress for a medium bed. Result is that I have had to return mattress at my expense, so its not now a very competative price.”
